Improving Management Communication,
Inspiring & Motivating Staff.
The objectives of the “Improving Management Communication & Inspiring and Motivating Staff Course” through theory, role play and hands on Team Building Adventure Activities are:
- Raise awareness of personal style of leadership and it’s strengths and limitations.
- Review current communication, inspiration and motivation issues and resolve ways of working.
- Provide the opportunity to develop skills in the area of communication and motivation.
- Create a clear action plan to enable increased performance by improving communication and staff motivation.
What we offer:
The Course will identify management strengths, rectify weaknesses, promote proven practical leadership skills in communication and motivation, develop the benefits of teamwork whilst all gaining new skills and enjoying a shared positive experience.
Fee:
£ 1,100 plus VAT per delegate (max 8 per course) includes: 3 nights B&B accommodation, all training & activities, lunches, team meal, course notes and insurance.
