DCJA Consultancy offer bespoke Solution Sales Training. The courses are modular and very hands on with approximately 75% of the course being Role Play based using real example customers and prospects.
The modules cover the whole aspect of the sales process from canvassing for business, closing the sale and how to taking a review of actual performance acheived against projected performance.
Each training module takes from 1 to 2 days to train and most industries would have six to eight modules as a total sales training solution.
What we offer our clients is a fixed price for:
- Writing the bespoke consultative sales training modules and case studies*.
- Presentation of the training to your existing Sales Staff
- Train the trainer program to your Sales Management to enable them to take over the training of new starters etc.
- Ongoing Sales Management Coaching to assist with
future presentation of the training.
